To ensure a smooth stay, we have prepared detailed information on how to enter the premises and access the apartment keys.

Access to the Premises

As you enter Kesterciems, turn into the first large parking area on the right-hand side. The parking zone is called ALB.

If you’ve provided your car’s license plate number to us, it will have been registered. Drive up to the white line, and the barrier will open automatically. If the Mobilly app initiates automatic payment – don’t worry, no parking fee will be charged.

Do not park in other spaces, as they are used by other residents of the area.
Follow the arrows shown in the image. Your designated parking spot is marked with an orange square.
Free parking will be registered for you from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

The apartment is located on the right side of the house, next to a spruce tree (ground floor). The entrance to the apartment is from the right side of the building, next to the tree.
Apartment number – No. 21

The key safe is located directly opposite the staircase door.
Inside the safe, you’ll find the apartment keys. The staircase door remains unlocked. The code for the key safe was sent to you separately via the Booking or Airbnb app.
Slide open the black cover on the safe, and rotate the dials so the code lines up in a straight row. Once aligned, press down the lever on the left side next to the numbers.
When you leave, please return the keys to the safe and scramble the code. Thank you!

If you'd like to grill, please do not do so on or near the terrace. A designated barbecue area is available within the premises.
